pah you think the EULA is gonna screw it up? just wait till there is a significant ‘user base’ then you’ll see the Patent Infringement cases start….
One would have to ask as to who would control this EULA? This also reminds of some the movies like BladeRunner and THX1138.
Of course if you don’t accept the terms of the agreement, you die!
The real scary aspect is that this scenario may weel be true in a matter of decades ….
